Order Entry Coordinator (Contract)

Ross Video designs, markets, manufactures, and supports a wide range of innovative products for use in broadcast, distribution, live event and production applications. Ross products are found in well over 100 countries and are used 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to produce and distribute video and audio signals.
 
Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:
  • Key all new accounts into Max System
  • Key all Sales/Tech Support orders and return orders into Max System
  • Maintain Part Sales in Max
  • Invoice all shipments and services once completed and distribute/file paperwork accordingly
  • Maintain warranty dates and assets in Sales Force
  • Prepare airway bills and Customs clearance documents (ex B13A, Certificates of Origin) for International Tech Support Shipments
  • Work daily with Order Management, Production Planning, Services Team, Finance and Shipping in various stages of the order entry process
  • Perform other related duties as required.
 
Job Requirements:
 
Knowledge/Education/Training:
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A good knowledge of MAX/ERP System
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
  • Strong typing/word processing skills

Experience:
  • 2-3 years experience working in an office setting
