 Ross Mobile Productions (RMP) delivers consistent, high-quality video and audio content from sports and other live events from around the United States, and ensures a predictable production experience and outstanding results. The XPression Broadcast Manager is accountable for ensuring the success of all aspects of Ross Mobile Productions involving XPression, Carbonite and Dashboard. Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability: In this role you will be a live game operator and provide services for the creative design, scene fabrication, and remote or onsite implementation of XPression real-time graphics and graphics packages. You will be responsible for the execution of and participation in RMP activities, including but not limited to: Administrative: Meetings and conference calls as required to scope, complete, or otherwise to facilitate successful completion of assigned projects as they relate to the job. Serves as primary graphics contact between Networks and Ross MP, to ensure all graphic elements are correct and secured for all Ross MP productions.  Live Game Operator: Operates selected games for Ross MP. As needed, will train other XPression operators to improve their performance. Assume the role of lead XPression broadcast operator for Ross MP.  Design & Build: Designs XPression templates and animations from scratch, using native XPression tools and 3rd-party graphics applications such as Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite. Creates XPression templates using provided base graphic elements - such as 3D models, still images, and clips. Creates packages that conform to standardized workflows outlined by various Networks.  Animation: Leverages the XPression animation toolset to create dynamic real-time animations. Utilizes rendered animation from 3rd-party applications in combination with real-time XPression animation to enhance the end product.  Automation: Ensures appropriate automation hooks are created for outside control. Utilizes XPression Visual Logic and scripting for automated, dynamic templates. Sets up XPression Datalinq to pull in external data feeds and interface with scoreboard systems. Uses Ross Dashboard to create backup manual user interface panels for XPression automated graphics.  Documentation: Works with Ross team members to create style and operational guides for end users. Documents any custom scripting methodologies to ensure future support from Ross. May be required to create project style-guides of assets.  On-site Implementation: May assist or act as Lead Designer in occasional visits to customers’ sites to implement and integrate graphics packages. Remote to client or Ross MP trucks site via FTP, VPN, and/or other remote diagnostic tools. Perform other related duties as required.  Job Requirements:  Knowledge/Education/Training: Post-secondary degree or trade school diploma 1-2 years of Graphic Design experience 1-2 years of Game Operating experience Knowledge of basic graphic design principles Knowledge of broadcast creation software (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Nuke, 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) Knowledge of broadcast graphics workflows Knowledge of broadcast production & IT workflows Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio. This team has the responsibility and authority to plan, propose, train and coach Ross Video personnel in the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques, for example Lean Manufacturing, Setup Time reduction, New Process Development etc., and to develop methods of measurement of success.  In conjunction with manufacturing management, the incumbent will support and direct activities to secure short lead time, flexible manufacturing and supply chain processes targeted to reduce lead times, increase service levels and flexibility and reduce overall costs.   Change Management Coordination   Utilize online tools within Agile to direct and obtain approvals for Engineering Change Requests. Collect and enter updated manufacturing times from the shop floor. Ensure completion of manufacturing’s portion of the PPDS process. Coordinate manufacturing ACER process. Other duties as assigned.   Job Requirements:   Knowledge/Education/Training: Post-secondary education in administration or equivalent work experience in document control. The General Manager is accountable for the leadership and development of the Broadcast Truck Engineering team as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RMP Florida and Connecticut offices. The role requires a ‘roll-up your sleeves’ approach while also requiring strategic thinking about complex matters that need innovative and scalable approaches. Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability: Operations Management Oversee daily business needs of Ross Mobile Productions.
